WHAT: February is National Heart Month and in conjunction with the Go Red movement, which encourages awareness of heart disease and heart health, the City held the third annual “Jump Start Your Heart” Day Party on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Finlay Park.
The “Jump Start Your Heart” Day Party featured a variety of FREE activities including health screenings, giveaways, health-related exhibitors, workouts, pickleball demonstrations and more.
The exhibitors were open for the entire duration of the event for individuals who just wanted to drop in and get educational/health related information and materials.
There was no cost to participate.
